Farmers' Market

Supporting Minnesota Farmers, Artisans & Merchants

For 30 years, the Hopkins Farmers' Market has offered a seasonal opportunity to choose from an abundance of just-picked, locally grown produce, and a wide variety of free-range meat, poultry, and eggs. Enjoy artisan roasted coffee, fresh-baked European breads, jams, jellies, honey, and baked goods. Select from canned goods, pickles, plants and cut flowers, soap, and other items hand-crafted by local artisans.

You will find the Hopkins Farmers' Market in the parking lot on 9th Avenue, one-half block south of the Mainstreet clock tower. The market is open rain or shine from 7:30 am to noon on Saturdays from mid-June through October. We are proud to be part of the Minnesota Grown family, and we accept the Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers

Not Just Any Farmers' Market

The Hopkins Farmers' Market seeks to honor the farming roots of Hopkins and promote sustainable family farms by providing the best locally grown produce, agricultural products, and homemade crafts sold by individuals from the farms and small cottage businesses that produce them.

An Opportunity to Shop Locally

Shopping locally has many benefits. Purchasing Minnesota locally grown products minimizes the environmental impact of the foods we eat by reducing the resources used to transport, package, and preserve food products. Supporting local farmers and artisans is also a great way to support the Minnesota economy.

The Hopkins Farmers' Market is a celebration of nature, health, and community and that is why it is a Point of Interest. For more information, contact the market coordinator at 952-583-1930 or visit the Hopkins Farmers' Market website.
