The Excelsior Crossings office campus is a spectacular development underway on the former SUPERVALU North Annex site. The obsolete warehouse building has been demolished and construction has started on the final building of the three-building, 689,000 square foot class A office campus. The primary tenant will be Cargill. The site has great access and visibility from Highway 169, direct connections to the regional trail system and is a short walk to Hopkins’ Mainstreet.
According to an annual report submitted to the State of Minnesota, the complex is expected to bring 2025 jobs to the area, 945 of those jobs new to the state.
